How do I add a radio to my account?

If the customer is purchasing the radio to add to the system, they need to contact Air Comm at 602-275-4505 www.aircomm.com to request a quote.

How do I add a talk group to my radios?

Can I add GPS Tracking, and if so, how do I add it?

Whom do I contact, or where do I take my radio if it is damaged or not working?

Reach out to 602-353-5538 or click here to contact us and then bring the radio into our shop.

How many talk groups come with each package?

 All Packages include one talk group. Additional talk groups are $2 per talk group 3 yr. agreement

Can I use my own radios on the AZairtime system?

Yes, you can use your own Motorola XPR 5580 mobile radios and XPR 7580 portable radios.

Does AZairtime have a start-up fee?

Yes, there is a one-time start-up fee of $100.00.

Which Motorola two-way radio models are compatible with AZairtime?

The MOTOTRBO XPR 7580e portable radio and the XPR 5580e mobile radio are the primary radios available on our system.

If you own the following Motorola legacy radios, they are compatible with our system. An additional set-up fee of $100.00 per radio would apply.

  • XPR 7580
  • SL 7550

Can I mix and match XPR radios and TLK radios?

We do offer a Capacity Max with WAVE PTX option.

Do I use an app on my mobile phone?

We offer the WAVE PTX mobile app for $13.00 per month.
